We are seeking an experienced Work Health & Safety Consultant for a one-month contract to lead the implementation of a Donesafe system and develop key WHS frameworks for our client, who is a market leading multi-site organisation.

Location: Macquarie Park, 4 days per week in the office to meet the go-live-date deadline. Immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end implementation of Donesafe, ensuring smooth system adoption and functionality.
• Draft, refine, and finalise WHS policies, procedures, and processes.
• Provide expert guidance on best practice WHS compliance and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, reporting directly to the GM Safety & Wellbeing.

About You

• Proven track record in WHS consulting and system implementation (Donesafe experience essential).
• Strong background in WHS policy and process development.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and deliver high-quality outcomes to tight timeframes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
