This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level or senior Interior Designer to contribute to high-impact projects from concept to construction, working within a collaborative, solution-focused team that’s redefining the design and build process.

Key Responsibilities

Support design development across all project stages, from concept to construction

Create documentation, visuals, and presentations using Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite

Research and specify materials, products, and finishes aligned with sustainability goals

Collaborate with senior designers, estimators, and project managers to meet budgets and timelines

Attend client meetings and contribute to briefings, presentations, and site visits

Maintain design integrity, compliance, and alignment with brand standards

Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Contribute to studio culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and process improvement

Skills and Experience

Working at a level equivalent to 4-8 years of experience in commercial interior design

Strong Revit and documentation skills

Enscape experience an added bonus

Solid understanding of building codes, compliance, and construction methods

Creative thinker with strong conceptual and narrative design skills

Familiarity with sustainable design frameworks (Greenstar, WELL, NABERS)

Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

Confident in client engagement and presenting design solutions

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to evolving project needs
