An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the Client Experience and Integration team within the Fines and Debts business unit at Revenue NSW. We're seeking a dynamic Senior Advisor to lead onboarding initiatives for new business partners in the State Debt portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new business partners into State Debt
- Manage a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Maintain governance frameworks and ensure quality assurance across onboarding processes
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to strategic forums and working groups
- Coordinate projects and manage stakeholder relationships across internal and external networks
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in debt management and collections
- Demonstrated people leadership
- Skilled in project coordination, SharePoint, and JIRA
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and teamwork capabilities
- Agile mindset with a commitment to customer-focused service delivery

Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $129,464 base plus superannuation
