The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Draftsperson to join the construction engineering team. In this role, you will focus on temporary works drafting and detailing across a variety of commercial and infrastructure projects, including metro stations, schools, hospitals, banks, and high-rise residential developments. Experience in temporary works is mandatory.

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to the design process and make improvements where necessary.
• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D drafting for temporary works in construction engineering.
• Review and improve designs based on feedback or changes.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery.

About You

• Proven experience in temporary works drafting within infrastructure or commercial construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Complex structural Steel detailing experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capable of mentoring and training junior staff.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
