We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical (HVAC) Draftsperson to join our team on a contract basis, working onsite at our Prospect, NSW office. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a range of complex and high-profile projects, with the potential for contract extension based on project pipeline and performance.

Please note: This is a full-time, office-based role. Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed mechanical services (HVAC) drawings using Revit to a high standard of accuracy and coordination.

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other drafting professionals to produce high-quality, coordinated documentation.

Use Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.

Work within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model collaboration and document management.

Support design reviews and assist with resolving coordination or documentation issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years' experience in mechanical (HVAC) drafting.

Proficient in Revit – essential.

Strong working knowledge of Navisworks – essential.

Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) – essential.

Revizto experience – desirable.

Ability to read and interpret detailed mechanical documentation.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Must be willing to work onsite at our Prospect, NSW office.
