Human Resources Coordinator – Full-Time or Flexible work arrangements

Location: Western Suburbs, Melbourne

A highly respected manufacturer and service company in the pump and fluid systems industry, is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join the team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with leadership and staff to support daily HR operations and help build a positive, engaged workplace.

Key responsibilities:

· Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes

· Support day-to-day HR operations and staff queries

· Maintain HR records - ensure compliance and currency with industry standards

· Assist with performance reviews, training, and culture initiatives

· Work closely with the COO and management team to streamline business practices

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR coordinator or HR admin role

Degree in Human Resources or related field (Highly Desirable)

Strong understanding of HR processes and Fair Work legislation

Confident communicator with solid admin and systems skills

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments (highly regarded)

The desire and ability to grow the role to cover full HR responsibilities
