About the Role

Delivering social and leisure programs to clients as directed by the Lifestyle Co-ordinator

Safe provision of aged care support in residential aged care services that meets the social, physical, spiritual, cultural and emotional needs of the client

To work within “Greenwich’s Values and Relationship-centered model of care

Following the guiding principles found within the “Greenwich’s Employee Information Guide” including but not limited to the code of conduct, Charter of Client’s Rights and Responsibilities and Good Working Relationships Policy;

Working within the parameters of their professional qualifications.

Desired Skill & Experience

Experienced in conducting Activities in Residential Aged Care

Sound knowledge of documentation and Accreditation Standards.

Ability to work under the direction of the Lifestyle Co-ordinator.

Experience in and/or passion for working with people who are living with dementia

Musical or artistic talents/skills

Current Driver’s License
