Fraser Lawyers is seeking a talented and ambitious conveyancing paralegal to join our team. In this dynamic role, you'll handle conveyancing matters from A-Z, working directly with clients while receiving mentorship from our property team. You'll have the opportunity to build a strong client base and make a real impact on our firm's success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will:

Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a Conveyancer;

Be able to manage conveyancing files from A – Z;

Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines;

Have a high level of attention to detail;

Have good communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact with people from diverse community and business backgrounds;

Have the ability to work under supervision as well as autonomously with a think ahead approach;

Possess great attention to detail and initiative, as well as being organised;

Be professionally presented with impeccable communication skills;

Proficiency in computer-based software systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook;

Have PEXA experience;

Enjoy working as part of a close office team.

Note: This is not an entry level role and should not be considered by people with less than 2 years experience working as a Conveyancer.
