Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing conveyancing files end-to-end, from initial instruction through to settlement.
• Handling residential and commercial property transactions with precision and efficiency.
• Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Preparing documentation, correspondence, and PEXA settlements.
• Providing exceptional client care, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.
• Working closely with the property team while maintaining autonomy over your matters.
• Contributing to the success of the practice through your initiative and professionalism.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Conveyancer or Paralegal in Queensland.
• Proven ability to manage conveyancing files independently from A–Z.
• High-level organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client interaction.
• Professional presentation with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in software systems including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PEXA.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
