About the role
We are looking for an extra pair of safe conveyancing hands.
We are a small boutique legal firm seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal with sound skills in Smokeball, A-Z conveyancing and off-the-plan contracts. Must be familiar with and have used the suite of Lexon Conveyancing Precedent letters for file matters.
Job requirements - read contracts, data entry, knowledge of trust accounting, conducting searches, pre-settlement process and arranging settlements - both PEXA & paper. Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Immediate start or 1 to 2 weeks notice and must be able to hit the ground running in a busy legal practice with an established team.
