The successful Project Supervisor will lead, inspire, and manage site teams across multiple residential projects. You will play a pivotal role in delivering homes that are not only high quality but also designed to positively impact the people who live in them.

What do you do?

• Assist in project preparation and planning to ensure smooth execution
• Lead and support Site Supervisors and construction teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules using management software
• Communicate key project information to contractors and stakeholders
• Oversee projects from commencement to handover, ensuring high quality
• Inspect work to verify adherence to quality standards
• Maintain strong supplier and subcontractor relationships
• Ensure OH&S compliance and promote a safe working environment
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and weekly progress reporting

What do you need?

• Certificate IV in Building & Construction Management (preferred) & White Card
• Trade or construction background with a current driver’s license
• 3+ years in residential or townhouse site/finishing supervision
• Strong eye for detail across finishes, waterproofing, joinery, tiling, and painting
• Knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and Victorian residential codes
• Proven track record of delivering near-zero defect handovers on time
• Confident leader with excellent team and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
