Project Development Manager – Land Development
We’re working with a growing project and development group that delivers end-to-end services across land development and civil infrastructure. They combine the resources of a larger operator with the personalised approach of a boutique consultancy and are now looking to bring on board a motivated Project Development Manager or Senior Project Development Manager.
The Role
This position will see you involved across the full project lifecycle, from due diligence and feasibility, through planning approvals, to delivery and construction. You’ll be a key driver of project outcomes while working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing projects through feasibility, approvals, design, and construction.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Preparing and reviewing feasibility studies, budgets, and financial reports.
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions.
- Coordinating design briefs and managing the design process.
- Tracking and managing the financial performance of projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in Civil Project or Development Management, ideally in land development.
- Background in civil engineering design and/or project management will be highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to engage and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive team player, comfortable working hands-on across all project phases.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Planning, Engineering or related field.
- Financial acumen, ideally with Estate Master exposure.
