The Role
As Project Manager, you will take the reins on a variety of developments currently in both planning and active construction. You will be central to driving delivery outcomes, ensuring each project meets its design vision, commercial targets, and program deadlines.
From day one, you will work closely with senior leaders, gaining exposure to all facets of development and enjoying the autonomy to make decisions that matter.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage your new build project programs, budgets, and stakeholder relationships with confidence and accountability.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identify risks early and keep projects on track, on brief, and budget
• Lead and support PCG meetings and steer key stages from design to completion

The Foundation for Success

• Proven Australian experience in construction project management, ideally from a consultancy.
• A degree in construction, property, or engineering
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Experience in built form projects such as commercial, retail, education, childcare, or mixed-use
• A proactive, ownership mindset and a genuine interest in seeing projects through from start to finish

Note this is a 5-day-per-week office-based role that keeps you growing, connected to the team, and in the action.
