Prime Recruitment is partnering with a leading residential construction group in Victoria that has delivered over 7,000 homes and has an exciting pipeline of new builds. We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join their high-performing team and play a pivotal role in delivering premium-quality residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support multiple site supervisors to ensure projects run smoothly from commencement to handover.

Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules using project management tools, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Oversee day-to-day site operations, proactively resolving issues and facilitating clear communication across contractors and stakeholders.

Conduct inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to quality standards, including finishes, waterproofing, joinery, tiling, and painting.

Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery.

Enforce and maintain high standards of safety, including site inductions, toolbox talks, and compliance with OH&S regulations.

Prepare weekly progress reports and updates for management.

About You:

Certificate IV in Building & Construction Management (preferred).

Trade or construction background with a Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card).

3+ years’ experience in finishing supervision or site management on residential, townhouse, or multi-dwelling projects.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate multiple teams.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Confident in stakeholder management and clear, professional communication.

Sound knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and Victorian residential building codes.

Current driver’s licence.
