Medical Receptionist - Central Sydney - $60,000 - $65,000 + Super

Join a leading multi-service healthcare organisation as a Medical Receptionist, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of reception and admissions of patients.

About the Role:

• Manage a busy switchboard and front desk reception, ensuring smooth communication and a welcoming environment
• Coordinate patient admissions and discharges
• Assess patient health fund eligibility and clearly communicate any out-of-pocket expenses
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all patient information

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Super + NFP Salary Packaging!
• Permanent, full time position (Monday - Friday)

About You:

• Full Australian working rights
• Previous medical receptionist or administration experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with Australian health systems and funding process
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
