About the Role
We’re looking for a customer service superstar to support our members throughout their healthcare journey. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
What you'll do:
As a Member Experience Coordinator, you will connect, support and guide our members to a range of virtual medical services. Some keys functions include;
• Assisting members with queries and guiding them through our virtual health services.
• Closely manage a diverse caseload with varying priorities.
• Working closely with clinicians and operations teams to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Delivering clear, concise communication to members via phone/email.
Providing exceptional customer service at all touch points.
When & where:
Our hours of operation are 8am - 6pm weekdays, team members work a set 8-hour shift, minimum of 2 days per week in our (dog-friendly) CBD office.
About you:
You are highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You have confidence in liaising with members as well as your internal team. You can work alone, but you are also a great team player.
The skills needed are:
• 2 years of experience in Customer Service (health preferred, but not required)
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer service and administration experience are essential
• You pay attention to the details
• Tech-savvy with CRM experience (a plus!)
• Confident team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Time management and organisational superstar
Remuneration & Benefits:
This is a permanent full-time position with the base salary commencing at $70,000 + super + bonus. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work from the city office at least 2 days a week.
