Newly created full time permanent position has opened up for a highly motivated and passionate sales professional to cover the companies East Brisbane territory. This role will see you become part of Australia's leading civil and construction equipment hire company where you will take complete ownership of your territory and growing relationships and revenue through major tier 1,2 and 3 civil and construction clients. The company isnt just looking for another staff member, they are looking for someone who wants to continue building their career and join a global leader which can offer serious career growth.

Armed with an extensive and high level of stock, senior management support, complete in house internal team handling the admin and their own in house engineering facility for specialised requests, you will strategically cover your East Brisbane territory and work closely with your clients to understand their needs and provide time effective equipment for their projects such as shoring, propping, trenching, traffic, de watering and rigging equipment.

About You

This is a role that requires someone who is genuinely passionate about the civil and construction industry and enjoys providing tailored equipment solutions for their clients. This is a highly autonomous role that will see you managing your days and mapping out your territory. You will also need a high level of attention to detail and have an understanding of how a civil and construction site operates.

Having a background within either Hire or Sales within the civil or construction industry is extremely advantageous.

On Offer

Negotiable base salary with a range of $100k - $120k

Super at 12%
