The Opportunity

As a Senior Campaign Advisor in the City of Perth you will lead the strategy, development and delivery of major destination marketing campaigns under the Visit Perth brand. This includes seasonal campaigns and the ongoing always-on strategy to grow visitation and enhance brand presence.

Reporting to the Marketing & Digital Lead within our Corporate Communications & Marketing team, your responsibilities would primarily include:

  • Lead the delivery of the City’s destination marketing strategy through major seasonal and always-on campaigns;
  • Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external creative, media and production agencies;
  • Provide strategic advice on campaign direction, brand execution and marketing best practice to internal teams and leadership; and
  • Contribute to the development of the City’s destination marketing strategy and annual communications plan.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field, with at least seven years’ relevant experience;
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, print and outdoor media;
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, including budgeting, media planning and performance reporting; and
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience managing external agencies and internal partnerships.
