From shaping messaging strategies at project inception to delivering polished outputs across digital platforms, you’ll ensure AUSMASA’s voice is clear, credible, and influential.
Working collaboratively across multiple teams, you’ll bring together strong writing, digital delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills to connect audiences with our work and drive meaningful outcomes. This role is a rare opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a national skills and workforce reform environment.
Key Focus Areas

Act as comms lead for SWAPs, Workforce Plan delivery, and member-facing engagement
Deliver polished digital outputs across website, EDMs, and LinkedIn
Track and analyse campaign performance to inform continuous improvement
Maintain brand consistency and quality assurance across all channels
About You
You’re a strategic communicator who thrives in complex, reform-driven environments. You can distil technical or policy-heavy information into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences – and you’re as comfortable crafting the plan as you are executing it.
You bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, PR, Marketing, or Journalism
Experience delivering communication strategies in complex or reform-focused settings
Strong writing skills with a track record of engaging, audience-first content
Digital communications experience, including CMS, EDMs, and LinkedIn management
