About the Role
A leading organisation is hiring a Technology Operations Manager to lead and optimise its Microsoft 365 environment, security stack, and IT operations. Reporting to the Head of Transformation & Operations, you'll work closely with a Systems Administrator to drive compliance, resilience, and service excellence across a regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 stack: Intune, SharePoint, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra ID
• Lead operational tasks: provisioning, access, patching, backup, incident response
• Implement compliance frameworks: CPS 234/230, ISO27001:2022, ASD ISM, NIST
• Conduct audits, generate reports, manage data protection policies
• Drive service health monitoring and change management
• Align IT operations with business needs and governance maturity

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft security stack in regulated environments
• Strong technical competence across M365 tools
• Ability to configure tools to ISO27001 and ASD ISM standards
• Autonomous workload management in small-to-mid sized organisations
• Certifications: SC-200, SC-301, SC-400, MD-102

Nice-to-Haves

• Sector experience in construction, property, or financial services
• Familiarity with capability maturity models and governance frameworks
• Exposure to Mimecast and email security tools
