About Your Role:
This is a rare opportunity for the ideal candidate to join one of the country's most esteemed hospitality destinations & work alongside an incredible team of hospitality industry professionals in a elegant costal restaurant with a welcoming setting. We are looking for a passionate, highly experienced, hands on Restaurant Manager who is genuinely invested in delivering exceptional guest experiences & growing their career with us.
You will be directly responsible for all venue operations including financial performance, labour management, and compliance.
Lead, coach, and develop a passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence and connecting people through amazing hospitality.
Oversee service standards, floor operations, and guest experience to ensure a premium hospitality offering.
Manage rostering, wage costs, and budgets in line with venue targets.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Drive events, activations, and promotions to maximize revenue opportunities.
Uphold WH&S, RSA, and compliance requirements at all times.
