ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an outstanding Venue Manager to join the Speakeasy Group

Some admin shifts, with a focus on exceptional service.

Motivate and inspire the Nick & Nora’s team to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.

Manage forecasting and budgets across beverage, food and staff costs.

Maintain stock control procedures with exceptional accuracy.

Report directly to the National Operations Manager.

Follow The Speakeasy Group Management procedures in detail.

Implement, execute and maintain outstanding levels of service, creating a benchmark for the wider team and inspiring and leading them to operate and deliver to the same standards.

Maintain the venues cleanliness and maintenance to the highest standards.

Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, council regulations, food handling and OH&S regulations.

Ensure venue trainings and procedures are up to date and effectively communicated to the greater team
