• Developing new Korean and fusion menu including estimating various costs for food and labour and coordinating supply of food stuff for kitchen
• Performing overall food preparation and directing kitchen staff
• Checking and ensuring quality and tastes of all dishes being prepared and cooked
• Conferring with waiting staff and management on various food preparation issues
• Developing more efficient cooking procedures and applying cooking skills and techniques
• Ensuring relevant hygiene and safety standards applied in the kitchen
• Participating in choosing kitchen staff members
• Managing food storage
• Conducting staff training on food preparation
Job Type: Full time
Benefit: 4 weeks paid leave
Shift and Schedule: 8 hours shift
Education: Relevant diploma or 3 years equivalent chef experience
Experience: At least one year additional chef experience
Language: English
