At Viridis Ag, with the backing of Macquarie Agricultural Funds Management, we're building a sustainable and successful large-scale broadacre cropping business. Our team now manages 11 farms across three states, covering more than 120,000 hectares – and we continue to invest in the future of Australian farming.

We're currently looking for a Farm Hand to join our team at Amarinya, located around 35km north of Jerramungup, WA. This is a great opportunity to be part of a capable and supportive team. Last year, Amarinya was awarded Farm of the Year. It's located in a stunning part of the country. Close to the Fitzgerald Biosphere, just a short drive from Bremer Bay, 2hrs to Albany and 4hrs to Perth.

What we're looking for:

We're after someone with a positive, proactive attitude who is keen to build a career in cropping. The right person will be dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in broadacre cropping.

Specific experience with grain crops is required for this position.

Applicants must hold valid Australian work rights, including any current work visa.

We'd also like to see:

Experience with broadacre machinery and spraying

Familiarity with precision ag tools and technologies

Good attention to detail

Mechanical aptitude, especially around preventative maintenance

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Current ChemCert, First Aid, FLT ticket, or willingness to obtain

A current HR driver's licence or interest in gaining one
