Ready to be someone's hero every day?

At RACT, our Customer Service Consultants are more than what you may think – they solve problems, ease stress, and genuinely make people's days better. This role builds on solid customer service foundations you've already established. You may be a hospitality extraordinaire who wants their nights back, an admin professional who wants to make a meaningful difference, a customer service superstar who is looking for something more, a professional who wants a change in a supportive environment – we don’t mind but we need for you to have the following:

Excellent communication skills: strong active listening skills, with ability to determine and understand the needs of the member and convey information clearly.

Problem solving mindset: ability to use initiative in resolving problems, capacity to display sound judgement and critical decision making to provide exceptional member and business outcomes.

Detail-orientated approach: strong skills in keeping accurate records, maintaining strict adherence to legislative and compliance procedures and practices.

Technology proficiency: ability to navigate multiple and complex systems and confidently support members to engage with our digital offerings.

Resilience: ability to be highly resilient, flexible, and adaptable in a changing environment, and remain positive through times of ambiguity.

Team spirit: an engaged team player who values integrity, has a collaborative mindset and is committed to RACTs desired culture.

At RACT, we’re not just a workplace – we’re a community. When you join our team, you become part of something bigger. Your ideas and the work you do will help shape our community and environment.
