Tableland Blast and Powder Coating is seeking a full-time Administration professional to join our team in Atherton, QLD. In this vital administrative role, you will provide comprehensive support to our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our business.

What you'll be doing

Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, both in person and over the phone

Assisting with the coordination of schedules

Maintaining office supplies and coordinating with vendors as required

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our administrative processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers

Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Proficient in using MYOB, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly

A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional service

A team player who is adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment
