What you'll be doing

Responding to incoming Leads

Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of OX Trailers' offerings

Negotiate sales contracts and manage the sales process from initial enquiry to final delivery

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments

Record and Update CRM with all Sales Activity

What we're looking for

Proven track record in a sales role, preferably within the automotive or trailer industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs

Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service and support

Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management software

Enthusiasm for the industry and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
