About the role

We’re seeking a Service Coordinator with experience in the fire industry to join our new and growing team. You’ll be the key link between customers and technicians — scheduling fire maintenance, triaging urgent jobs, and keeping AS1851 compliance records accurate and up to date.

With your Uptick experience, you’ll streamline workflows, support field crews, and help shape how we deliver service as we expand. If you’re organised, calm under pressure, and ready to grow with us, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do

Schedule fire maintenance jobs and inspections in line with AS1851 requirements

Dispatch and support technicians for planned and urgent works

Keep compliance records, reports, and test sheets accurate

Use Uptick to manage workflows and streamline communication

Liaise with customers, building managers, and suppliers

Monitor job progress, escalate issues, and close out work ready for invoicing

You’ll bring

Previous coordination/scheduling experience in fire services (or similar field service role)

Strong knowledge of AS1851 and fire maintenance requirements

Confidence using Uptick or another service platform

Excellent organisation and communication skills

Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
