We're currently seeking an AR Officer to join a leading national business on an initial 8-week casual contract.

The Role
Reporting into the finance team based in Footscray, this role will support Accounts Receivable and general finance administration. Responsibilities will include:

• Daily bank receipting
• Debt collection and customer follow-up
• General finance administration tasks as required
• Contributing to the smooth running of the finance team

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance support role
• A proactive approach and willingness to support a busy team
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor experience highly regarded but not essential)

• Immediate start - 8-week contract (with the potential to extend)
• Full-time hours: 8am - 4pm
• Office-based role - no WFH
• Convenient Footscray location - street parking available or close to public transport
