Jobmatch Employment is looking for a dedicated Finance person to manage payroll, and accounts payable and receivable tasks in a busy not-for-profit organisation and registered charity.

This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer providing end of month reporting for the board, supported by the administration team and Finance Assistant.

Essential:

· Demonstrated experience in financial administration, payroll / HR processing and administration including BAS/IAS, budget forecast.

· Demonstrated competency in the use of MYOB or equivalent accounting software or the ability to acquire.

· A thorough understanding and proven track record in working to quality, contractual and compliance frameworks.

· Capacity to prioritise multiple tasks or projects, and proven ability to meet strict timeframes.

· Keep abreast of Awards, Industrial issues, Tax and Super and advise team of reviews.

· Prepare financial documents for Auditors.

· A high degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.

· Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work both as a team member, and autonomously.

· Strong customer focus.

· Excellent attention to detail.

Desirable:

· A basic understanding of customer support networks (i.e. government agencies, grants, NDIS, etc.) analysing monthly reports, and salary sacrifice FBT reporting

Mandatory Qualifications and Licenses:

Qualification in Business Administration/Finance/HR (desirable)

Maintain satisfactory Blue and NDIS Worker screening

Hold or ability to obtain a police check

We operate under a Certified Agreement as Links Community Services (AG2014/6932)

Super is paid on leave loading.

An additional 2 days personal/year (12 total).

Certified Agreement leave between Xmas and New Year (3 days).

Salary Sacrifice benefits - Everyday living expenses $470/fn with a car (up to $15,900), plus $110/fn (up to $2,650) per annum. Plus remote allowances - You may also be eligible for mortgage interest, energy use and travel allowances.
