About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, well-presented Retail Sales Consultant to join our store. Every day is different – one minute you’ll be helping a customer find the perfect light for their home, the next you’ll be receiving stock or making our showroom shine.

No two days are the same, but one thing is – great customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming customers and helping them with their purchases

Giving advice on electrical, gas and lighting products (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)

Operating our easy-to-use cloud-based Point of Sale system

Receiving deliveries and keeping stock organised

Making our displays and windows look fantastic and keeping our show room clean

Who We’re Looking For

Retail experience is great, but not essential – personality is more important!

Someone with a creative streak and an eye for detail (lighting design flair is a bonus)

Comfortable with computers and technology

A positive communicator who works well in a small team

Reliable, friendly, and ready to learn
