Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of your portfolio of late-stage commercial collections accounts
• Skip trace accounts and gather relevant intel to assist with resolution
• Build rapport with customers to identify reasons for arrears and negotiate tailored repayment plans or settlements
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Assess financial hardship applications in line with regulatory and company policy
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and departmental KPIs

What You Bring:

• 1+ years’ experience in collections (preferably late-stage or recoveries)
• Previous experience in late-stage collections and skip tracing
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• A proactive, resilient mindset and a passion for problem-solving
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Salesforce experience is an advantage (training provided)
• Experience in litigation is a bonus
