About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support team specialising in HR and Administration roles across the life sciences sector.

You will be recruiting positions such as:

• HR Managers, HR Advisors, Talent Acquisition Partners
• Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Office Managers
• General Administrators, Project Coordinators, and Business Support staff

This is a 360 role with:

• An established client base across healthcare and life sciences
• Consistent candidate flow

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment for HR and Administration positions
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships many long standing
• Develop and nurture your candidate network with a focus on quality and service
• Work collaboratively across our commercial, clinical, and scientific teams to share insight and leads
• Strengthen your profile through industry events and networking
