About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced ICT Operations Manager to take ownership of operational delivery across technology services. This role is designed for a leader who thrives on balancing strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring systems and teams are consistently aligned to business needs;
• In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of ICT infrastructure and cloud environments, while also driving improvements in service quality, efficiency, and reliability. You will provide guidance to technical teams, manage operational governance, and play a central role in ensuring cybersecurity standards and practices are embedded across the organisation; and
• Collaboration will be key working closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, align expectations, and deliver solutions that support broader business objectives. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a hybrid working model, offering both flexibility and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor ICT operations and service delivery teams to achieve defined objectives;
• Ensure high-quality service delivery that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations;
• Manage infrastructure performance, cloud platforms, and security frameworks;
• Establish effective governance practices to ensure compliance and risk management;
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for service improvements;
• Oversee change initiatives, projects, and vendor relationships; and
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years’ experience in ICT operations or service delivery leadership;
• Strong track record in managing technical teams and fostering collaboration;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networking, and enterprise platforms;
• Practical experience in project and change management, including vendor negotiations;
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and digital best practice standards; and
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
