We’re proud to be partnering with one of Australia’s largest and most respected Retirement Living providers to appoint a capable and confident Senior Village Manager in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a boutique-sized community of just over 55 Independent Living Units, offering hands-on leadership and meaningful connection with residents.

The Package:

• $120,000 – $130,000 + superannuation and performance-based sales bonuses, with a clear pathway to a higher-paying Area Manager role.

This role is being recruited with a clear pathway to Area Manager within 6–12 months, offering increased salary, broader scope and the chance to shape operations across multiple sites.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee daily operations, resident engagement, compliance and service delivery
• Manage budgets, reporting and overall performance of the village
• Lead with warmth, professionalism and purpose in a small, high-quality setting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families and the local community
• Handle end-to-end sales enquiries to support occupancy targets
• Prepare to transition into an Area Manager role with full leadership support

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Village or Operations Manager within Retirement Living or Aged Care
• Strong leadership, customer service and compliance experience
• Proven ability to manage budgets, reporting and small team operations
• Sales and enquiry management experience within a B2C or property-based environment
• A people-first mindset with commercial acumen and operational strength
