Experienced Strata Manager - boutique strata agency in The Sutherland Shire

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service supported by a warm, collaborative and down to earth team.

About the Role

You will manage a portfolio of schemes while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and providing top-tier customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

· Chairing meetings and liaising with owners & committees

· Preparing and distributing budgets, financials, agendas, and minutes

· Prompt communication

· Managing insurance renewals and claims

· Liaising with contractors and issuing work orders for maintenance

· Possessing a valid driver’s license

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a motivated and professional individual with a calm, solutions-focused approach along with great organisational skills and strong attention to detail. You will need to be an effective communicator and have:

· A current Class 1 / Class 2 Licence

· Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation

· Solid strata management experience

· A customer-first mindset and the ability to build strong relationships

· A high level of time management and ability to meet deadlines

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Experience with Strata Master & File Smart a bonus

What We’re Offering

· $110,000 Salary + super + Schedule B’s

· WFH 1 day per week

· Manageable portfolio & admin support

· Full-time role (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
