We are currently looking for: IMMEDIATE START

Excavator/Skid Steer (6t Combo) Operators. Experience is one thing, but a great attitude will see you grow within our business!

If you are combo experienced, you will KILL IT! Don’t waste time, apply now!

Tipper Truck drivers Road ranger experience preferred. We have a few Kenworth body tippers that have road ranger gearboxes. Good old trucks ready to hit the road!

Combo Operators will need to have:

· Experience in civil and general earthmoving industry

· Minimum Heavy Combination (HC) truck licence required with road ranger experience. If you don’t have road ranger, let us know. We encourage you to get it!

· Minimum 2 years’ experience operating smaller plant. 4t-8t excavators. Skid Steers.

· Own reliable transport to and from our depot in Hemmant.

· RII Excavator Ticket

· RII Skid Steer Ticket

· HC Truck License

· Blue / White Card Construction induction card

· Sound knowledge of OHS / Safe work practices and priority toward safety

· Good communications skills

· Good work ethic - responsible, reliable and a positive attitude

Pay Rate - $45 - $50p/hr depending on experience

Tipper Truck drivers will need to have:

· Experience in material transport and haulage.

· Minimum Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence required with road ranger experience. If you don’t have road ranger, let us know. We encourage you to get it!

· Minimum 1 year experience driving road ranger gearbox

· Own reliable transport to and from our depot in Hemmant.

· HR Truck Licence

· Blue / White Card Construction induction card

· Sound knowledge of OHS / Safe work practices and priority toward safety

· Good communications skills

· Good work ethic - responsible, reliable and a positive attitude

Pay Rate - $40 - $43p/hr depending on experience

We are a well-established and very busy earthmoving company and have consistent hours available Monday to Friday (Saturday for those that want it!).

We are looking for operators who are experienced and capable of working autonomously. However, we offer ongoing training and support to all staff.

Our depot location is in Hemmant, Brisbane so operators are generally required to commute here daily, but please don't hesitate to call Stirling to talk through your situation. If you have suitable parking inside your property, there may be an option to park at your location of choice. This will be discussed and approved on a case-by-case basis. Please note we will not allow equipment to be parked in open, public areas.
