We’re seeking an experienced Earthmoving Equipment Operator to support daily operations at our Ipswich landfill site. If you’re confident behind the controls of a dozer, excavator, loader, or compactor and take pride in safe, efficient work, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Operate heavy machinery including dozers, excavators, compactors, and loaders

Compact and cover waste materials in accordance with environmental standards

Undertake earth works to provide material required to cover waste

Maintain access roads, drainage systems, and general site infrastructure

Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance

Follow strict safety and environmental procedures

Assist with general site duties as required

✅ What You’ll Need

Proven experience operating earthmoving equipment (landfill, civil, or construction)

Strong safety awareness and reliability

Ability to work independently and in a team

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

🌟 Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

Experience in landfill operations

RII tickets

Familiarity with GPS/machine control systems

First Aid certification
