Key Responsibilities:

Operating excavators and Posi Track machinery for swimming pool excavations, site preparations, and industrial unit foundations, with a strong emphasis on precise pool excavation techniques.

Performing accurate digging, leveling, and material handling in compliance with safety standards, particularly for complex pool designs and specifications.

Collaborating with site teams to ensure efficient project delivery and adherence to client requirements.

Adapting to varying job sites and tasks, including travel between Gold Coast and Brisbane locations.

Maintaining equipment and conducting basic on-site troubleshooting.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience as an Excavator / Posi Track Operator in construction or earthmoving, with significant experience in swimming pool excavations.

Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) license.

Proven ability to adapt to changing work environments and flexible schedules.

Strong commitment to safety, with relevant tickets and certifications (e.g., White Card).

Good communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, supervisors, and clients.

Reliable transport and willingness to work across Gold Coast and Brisbane sites.

Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
