Due to our continued growth, we have an immediate opportunity for a Commercial Manager in Sydney.
Liberty Flexible Workspaces is part of The Happy Workplace Group.
Liberty provides premium workspaces, private managed offices, coworking memberships, hospitality-led lounges, meeting, conference & events spaces and support services across 8 locations in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.
Founded in Perth in 2011, Liberty is still privately owned and operates as a boutique provider with a family-business feel and client first culture.
We opened our first location in NSW earlier this year and we are now looking for an experienced all-rounder to head up Sales & Operations as we grow in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of operating in a target-focused commercial role. You must be able to build strong client relationships and demonstrate an ability to focus on commercial objectives, ideally from within the real estate, outsourcing, service delivery or hospitality sector.
Aside from the sales focus, the role includes overall responsibility for service delivery and the management of the local Client Experience Team.
You will be a people person with big plans for the future and keen to join an exciting and growing business.
About the role:
The Key Activities and Responsibilities are as follows:
Responding to incoming sales enquiries for Private Offices, Meeting Rooms, Coworking Memberships and Virtual Offices.
Building strong relationships with 3rd party brokers, commercial real estate agents, tenant representatives and other intermediaries.
Conducting sales tours of our spaces and managing the sales process.
Building and maintaining occupancy to ensure revenue is maximised.
Achievement of revenue targets.
Ensuring brand standards are achieved and that we exceed client expectations.
Managing meeting and conference room bookings.
Direct management of the local Client Experience Team.
Financial oversight, invoicing and cashflow management.
Directly manage landlord and facilities management relationships.
Delivery Service Excellence - The WOW factor.

Wellbeing Support
To support our team’s general health, we have introduced complimentary Gym Memberships in most locations and to support our team’s mental health, we introduced ‘Aunty Cindy’ as a monthly resource for the team to access confidentially and free of charge.
Cindy has worked in Mental Health over the past 15 years, working clinically with women, men, couples, and their families. Having managed a therapeutic team for ten years, she brings compassion and warmth to her work in helping individuals and families develop an understanding of their emotional world.
The monthly sessions with 'Aunty Cindy' are optional and completely confidential. They are provided with the sole purpose of supporting the team with whatever challenges they may be facing, personal or professional.
