The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager (3+ years) to join a flexible and supportive organisation. You’ll take ownership of projects from planning through to delivery, with a strong focus on aged care (experience in this area is advantageous but not essential).

Based out of Sydney, this role offers true flexibility—whether you prefer to work from home, the office, or onsite, you’ll be supported to work in a way that suits you best. Regular regional travel across NSW and Canberra will form part of your role as you oversee projects and ensure quality outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and deliverables
• Liaise with clients regularly to ensure expectations are met
• Monitor budgets and provide accurate cost reports
• Oversee site activities, ensuring quality and WHS standards are maintained
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ project management experience (construction or client-side)
• Experience with aged care refurbishments highly regarded
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams
• Willingness to travel regionally across NSW and Canberra
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
