Service Area - We are recruiting for Logan, Brisbane, Ipswich and Caboolture positions, one day a week in our East Brissy office!

We are serious about providing quality support – for both our clients and the Hively team. To join our amazing team, we are looking for:
A highly motivated and currently registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner - core, proficient, advanced or specialist
Experience working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Relevant Tertiary Qualifications are desirable (Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences)
A driven and committed individual who works well both independently and as part of our multi-disciplinary team
Sound understanding of evidence-based approaches and quality delivery of service
Willingness to work with a mixed case load of all ages (children to adults)
Commitment to best practice and person-centred outcomes for clients
Ability to represent Hively in a person-centred, respectful and professional manner at all times
Thrive in a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement

Requirements
A registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner - core, proficient, advanced or specialist
Experience working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with clients in a professional and empathetic manner to reach their full potential
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability or proven ability to meet KPI’s and work independently
Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with service providers, including referrers (support coordinators) and other networks
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Current driver's license and registered vehicle is a must
Other qualifications or experience specific to disability are highly desirable
