Full-time (Part-time considered) | Hybrid Role

We’re seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Sunshine Coast team (with some regional travel as needed).

What you’ll do
Deliver person-centred, evidence-based behaviour support for participants with complex needs
Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments, Behaviour Support Plans, and Restrictive Practice step-down plans
Engage with NDIS, government, and community stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
Contribute to practice excellence by sharing knowledge and supporting peers
Represent Elements ABC in your community and sector
What you’ll bring
Proficient-level NDIS registration (or higher)
Qualification in Psychology, OT, Speech Pathology, Social Work, ABA, or BCBA (or equivalent)
2+ years’ experience supporting people with complex behaviours
Knowledge of NDIS frameworks, PBS Capability Framework, and restrictive practice guidelines
Experience in trauma-informed, evidence-based practice
Strong documentation and communication skills
Current Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and Australian work rights
