As a Specialist Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner, you’ll deliver evidence-based, high-impact support to individuals with complex needs, including those subject to restrictive practices. Guided by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework, your work will focus on reducing behaviours of concern, safely phasing out restrictive practices, and empowering participants to lead more fulfilling lives through trauma-informed and capacity-building approaches.
