Park Manager – Trampoline & Rock Climbing Facility
Location: North Lakes, Brisbane
About Us
Revolution North Lakes is a vibrant trampoline and rock climbing park with an on-site café, delivering safe, fun, and memorable experiences for families and groups. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Park Manager to lead our team and oversee day-to-day operations.
The Role
As Park Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the facility, leading a team of staff across multiple departments, and maintaining high standards of safety, service, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent people management, operational oversight, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of casual and part-time staff.
Oversee daily operations of the trampoline park, climbing areas, and café.
Prepare and manage staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
Manage café operations including stock control, food safety, and customer service.
Uphold and enforce Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues in a professional manner.
Monitor and improve operational processes to maximise guest satisfaction and business performance.
Manage maintenance and cleaning of equipment throughout the park.
Support recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
Assist with special events, birthday parties, and group bookings.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a management role within hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or recreation industries.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Proven experience in rostering and workforce management.
Hands-on experience running or supervising a café (including food safety and stock management).
Solid knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service background with the ability to handle busy, customer-facing environments.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, school holidays, and peak periods.
Certifications
Blue Card
CPR / First Aid Course
Food Safety Supervisor Certification
Park Safety Certificates to be completed post employment
