Your role
As an Intelligence Analyst (Operations) in the Air Force, you’ll play an important role in collecting highly classified intelligence that supports exercises, operations, and missions. You’ll use cutting-edge technology and your problem-solving skills to collect, disseminate and distribute operational intelligence.
Your duties may include:
operating sophisticated surveillance equipment used to intercept signals and collect information
analysing intelligence from a variety of sources
conducting counterintelligence activities
preparing intelligence reports
carrying out battle space visualisation
organising image capture and analysis
preparing mission support packs for air, ground, space and cyber operations.

Upon completion of initial military and employment training, you will enjoy a salary package starting from $87,929.
Location
Following training, you may be posted to one of the major Air Force bases around Australia, such as RAAF Base Amberley, Williamtown, or Edinburgh.

For this role, you must be at least 17 at the time of enlistment, an Australian Citizen, and have passes in Year 10 English and Maths.
