About the Role:
Our Motel in Albany WA 6330 is seeking a dedicated and experienced Motel Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong background in the hospitality industry and requires experience with Channel Managers and proficiency in RMS or similar accommodation/reservation software.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organised, team player, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the motel, including guest relations, staff management, and property management

Liaising with the departments in housekeeping, reservations and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

When necessary, resolving guest complaints promptly and reporting any significant issues to the General Manager or Operations Manager. Regularly assess and review customer satisfaction levels, implementing strategies to enhance guest experience

Experience with hotel-based computer systems for booking and operations

Generating reports and reconciling daily transactions accurately

Monitor and ensure company adherence to liquor, gaming, occupational health and safety, and other relevant regulations

Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Associate degree, Diploma or Advanced Diploma

Prior experience of at least 2 years in a similar role is essential

Proficiency in RMS or similar accommodation software and experience with reservation managers

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
