We are seeking an experienced Motel Manager to oversee daily operations of a busy accommodation venue with 60 rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day motel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction

Oversee housekeeping, ensuring high standards across all 60 rooms

Supervise and train staff across all departments

Handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and customer service issues

Monitor budgets, occupancy, and reporting to management

Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in motel, hotel, or accommodation management

Strong leadership and staff management skills

Hands-on experience running housekeeping operations

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to problem-solve and maintain high guest service standards

Knowledge of booking systems and general administration
