Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process client documentation including fact finds, risk profiles, and investment applications.
Receiving and preparing client mail for postage.
Responsible for managing company inbox.
Answering phones and assisting with client queries.
Maintain and update client records.
Schedule client meetings and manage planner calendars.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Internally audit previous advice documents.
Handle client queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Support the onboarding process for new clients.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding tasks and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in financial planning or wealth management administration (Not essential).
Strong understanding of financial products, platforms, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Written and Verbal).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Essential).
Financial planning software familiarity i.e. Xplan (Preferred).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
