About the company:
Our client is a respected Australian scientific company innovating across multiple cutting-edge sectors, including Life Sciences and Advanced Battery Technologies. With their head office located less than 20 km from Brisbane’s CBD, they are expanding their commercial team and are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join them in a newly created, high-impact position.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company on a permanent basis, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at their Brisbane headquarters. You will report directly to the Managing Director/CEO and collaborate closely with technical, product, and commercial teams to drive product visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Duties:

• Promote and sell the company’s product range to both new and existing customers
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost product awareness
• Monitor sales performance using CRM tools and deliver regular reports and forecasts
• Enhance product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies in line with customer needs and market trends
• Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and client-facing events

Skills/experience:

• A Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent;
• Proven experience in sales with a solid grasp of marketing strategies—ideally in B2B, multinational, or tech-driven environments
• Previous experience in a product-based company (chemical, electronics, industrial etc.) highly desirable
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, product life cycle, customer journey, and value proposition design.
• Proficiency with CRM software Monday.com) and digital marketing tools
